Contract & Licensing Information
By purchasing a commission from [c], I agree to the following:
* I do not own the rights to the work in question, and that I am paying for the licensing and labor costs of the product.
* I only own the rights to distribute this work in the form of BGM or SFX in a video game, trailer, animation, comic dub, or music video. I cannot sell the commission for my own gain.
* If I wish to include this work in a commercial release for a physical/digital soundtrack, I must disclose this up front.
* If used in commercial work, per my license, I only have the rights to use this commission in the original context it was commissioned for.
* I acknowledge that the costs for fees when handling commission payment will come out of my end. This includes conversion rates and application service charges (Paypal, Ko-fi, CashApp, Venmo, etc.)
